I think a more redeeming ending after Clyde's depressing and disappointing death should suffice. So here it goes. A package Nick orders online shows up at Nick's door before his wife and him leave for his daughter's recital. The package is a paisley yellow tie. His wife tells him to wear it so he can look presentable for his daughter's recital. He does. *The recital scene begins here.* As the camera pans on Nick during the recital's closure, the scene fades with sound of his tie constricting

Clyde wanted to break down the Justice system due to its corrupt and flawed ways but the reason he never touched Nick is cuz he wanted teach Nick to take of his gloves and fight for justice no matter what the court said. Seeing how they would not succed stopping Clyde by the book he had to brake the rules and enter Clydes workshop and plant the bomb in his cell for justice. Clyde taught Nick that hence him smiling when he is about to die.

I'm really impressed. This Technological thriller was stunning. This genre isn't very popular but should be. Gerard Butler made this film - phenomenal acting. He should leave useless comedies and focus on more serious roles like this one. Of course the storyline wasn't that original. We could see many similarities with other technological thrillers like The Net, Disclosure, The Specialist, The Assassination File, Untraceable and even Minority Report but still it was superb movie!!!
To torture someone for revenge and pleasures, and even more in a sadisic way like this can and will never be justified and are just so wrong no matter what the person being tortured have done. Dont get me wrong, murderers like the one showed in this movie deserves the death penalty (or being locked up for good), but torture for the sake of revenge like this is beyond anything.
As a father and husband myself. I would want justice the same way Clyde wanted it. I can't lie to you and say that I would'nt go to the same extremes as he did. This scene honestly terrified me. I know the guy was getting his revenge on a brutal killer, but just the idea of this happening to someone-- anyone, really, is something that deeply disturbs me and gives me nightmares. I sort of watched this movie with someone else who is more into this kind of thing and they were laughing at me while I was covering my face with my fingers.
I liked the movie, even though I am technically an old lady. However, our justice system which is imperfect to put it mildly, is all we have. We have more people in prison right now than any other developed country. World leaders in prisoners! One thing I hate, is the length of time people spend on death row. One man is finally scheduled to be executed here in California after 30 years on death row.

Therapy and tender loving care is about as effective at curing rapists and murderers as it is for getting people off meth and cocaine. Islamic extremism and violence have very little to do with the religion itself. If you put the Quran and the Bible side by side, it's pretty easy to see that the Bible advocates violence and killing far more than the Quran does. Neither can claim to be "religions of love", but if you think Christian teachings are any less violent and hateful, you are deluding yourself.

I think a more redeeming ending after Clyde's depressing and disappointing death should suffice. So here it goes. A package Nick orders online shows up at Nick's door before his wife and him leave for his daughter's recital. The package is a paisley yellow tie. His wife tells him to wear it so he can look presentable for his daughter's recital. He does. *The recital scene begins here.* As the camera pans on Nick during the recital's closure, the scene fades with sound of his tie constricting

Clyde wanted to break down the Justice system due to its corrupt and flawed ways but the reason he never touched Nick is cuz he wanted teach Nick to take of his gloves and fight for justice no matter what the court said. Seeing how they would not succed stopping Clyde by the book he had to brake the rules and enter Clydes workshop and plant the bomb in his cell for justice. Clyde taught Nick that hence him smiling when he is about to die.

I'm really impressed. This Technological thriller was stunning. This genre isn't very popular but should be. Gerard Butler made this film - phenomenal acting. He should leave useless comedies and focus on more serious roles like this one. Of course the storyline wasn't that original. We could see many similarities with other technological thrillers like The Net, Disclosure, The Specialist, The Assassination File, Untraceable and even Minority Report but still it was superb movie!!!

To torture someone for revenge and pleasures, and even more in a sadisic way like this can and will never be justified and are just so wrong no matter what the person being tortured have done. Dont get me wrong, murderers like the one showed in this movie deserves the death penalty (or being locked up for good), but torture for the sake of revenge like this is beyond anything.

As a father and husband myself. I would want justice the same way Clyde wanted it. I can't lie to you and say that I would'nt go to the same extremes as he did. But I would'nt have attacked the leagal system the way he did, although I must say BRAVO! This was a great movie, but with a shitty ending. I don't know anyone that would agree with the ending. They should have let him go and he shouldn't have activated the bomb. I thought it was gonna end much differently, but BRAVO anyway.

This scene honestly terrified me. I know the guy was getting his revenge on a brutal killer, but just the idea of this happening to someone-- anyone, really, is something that deeply disturbs me and gives me nightmares. I sort of watched this movie with someone else who is more into this kind of thing and they were laughing at me while I was covering my face with my fingers.

I liked the movie, even though I am technically an old lady. However, our justice system which is imperfect to put it mildly, is all we have. We have more people in prison right now than any other developed country. World leaders in prisoners! One thing I hate, is the length of time people spend on death row. One man is finally scheduled to be executed here in California after 30 years on death row.
