this has been going on forEVER! in 1997 when i lived in SC (Greenville) cops busted into my apartment after i called 911. ME! I CALLED 911 to report my motorcycle stolen! I told them to get out. They confiscated my Glock and arrested me for trying to kick them out. No charges filed against me, spent the night in jail after they violated my 4th amended right. 23 year old punk cops! i called a lawyer next day who assured me rights are for those who can afford the ability to enforce them!
