Placido does the best Vesti La Giubba, period. This performance alone- he's not even in costume or playing the part but yet he's able to put himself into that character, even with his tux on, and give it everything he's got. Everytime I see this he moves me to tears. Bravo, Domingo.
Pavarotti's is by far the best. No one even comes close IMO.
