I don't think that religion needs to touch the culture any more than it has. We have come a long way to ensure freedom of people of all race, gender, and sexual preference. I just hope we don't fall into a theocracy in which our liberties will be pushed aside. The reason we need to embrace secularism is because not everyone practices the same religion; this allows people to be free from religion if they prefer. We don't need brainwashing, we need education and critical thinking skills.
I don't appreciate how Christiane Amanpour and Cnn speaks about Iranian PM as a fundamentalist. He wasn't a fundamentalist when he was being interviewed by Jew owned Cnn.

As a moderate, religious Christian, I am scared to death of people like Ron Luce. Either our youths are brainwashed by commercialism wich invests billions to shape their minds as consumers or fundamentslists like the guy we just saw to trun them into mindless soldiers in christ. We are very far from truly being a "free thinking" society.
