  • looks like a great circuit!

  • Very nice, thanks, I'll use it...even to improve my running!

  • Wow respect.

  • DAMN!!!!!

  • Those table jumps can't be good for your knees. Also, they look like a good way to bust your ass.

  • nice going man, like the burpees to pull up- 2 exercises in a small place, i think i'll knock a table up too.... i know that feeling too when your absolutely beat but you want to carry on becuase you know your fit enough and can take it. some people just give up and don't want to do it, you have to want to do it....

  • what a pussy, he could have at least done a 180 in those little table jumps.. jk, nice work ;) good stuff. "TU"

  • Very good job!!! * * * * *

  • We may swing the dumbbell, we may forget to contact the abs, hence hurting the lower back. Therefore, I believe that it is best to alternate periodically between circuit training and a more orthodox training style (such as how people usually lift weights in the gym). Anyway, these are just my opinions.

  • This kind of workout is very tough and useful. Yet, I believe that it may cause too much injury in the long run. The purpose of intensive training is to push us over our physical limit. With so much intensive resistance, little break, we are pushed to persist to control our body even when we are well beyond our physical limit. The problem is the following, no matter how hard we try, we are not able to control our body perfectly when we are pushed over physical limit.

  • All that swinging weights around is pointless. you can sprint to get your heart rate up is that's all you're trying to do. not to mention you're messing up your joints. And work those chicken legs.

  • You have the same damn timer as I use. It's one of the best sounds in the world when it hits the 5 minute mark, right? I felt like I was right there with you, dude. I did 8, 5 minute rounds today, then abs. 2 rounds of heavy boxing on a 350 lb tire dummy, with wraps, no gloves; 3 rounds on 150 lb. heavy bag: straight Muay Thai, kicks, punches, knees, elbows; A series of exercises similar to some of yours, with 3 bungi cords attached to a belt at one end, an eye bolt at the other. Worn out!

  • @44rumblefish Congratulations no one cares lololololololololololo rofl lkololol

  • OMG, you are great!! wow, such a beast in a good way:-) Great job!! I'm using some of this stuff!

  • Thanks! All good fun.... Kind of...

  • Good Job i would have been dead by now im gettin dizzy by watchin..

  • i laugh at the idiots who run miles everyday and loose fuck all weight, i lost bout 5kg in 2-3 months doing circuits like this....it hurts at first but u get used 2 it

  • hahaha N1k1mon - you said 'matt furey'. hahahaha... the same guy that said eating chicken will make you weak because its a weak AND dirty animal... however, eggs are ok. hahahaha. matt furey... hahahaha.

  • These are conditioning workouts, they are great during periodization, or during the week 2-3 times but why do people always say these types can substitute for strength training in the gym??

People are treating the gym like its an evil thing, or for pussies, or that it somehow isnt 'realistic', this is ridiculous.

Only with labeled weights and a lot of them with different apparati can allow a person to evenly develop their body, make signifigant strength/power gains.

    Just never do gym only!!

  • Hi N1K1mon, you're totally right that's why it says conditioning in the title! These types fo workouts combined with low rep, heavy weight training and power training is a lethal combo!

  • @StormForceFitness When devising a routine of this nature what kind of philosophy do you employ with regards to the sequence of exercises? For instance push, pull, rotation or upper, lower, core, etc. Or is it simply a case of combining as many total body exercises as possible?

  • @N1k1mon id rather buy weights and equipment and workout at home. gyms are stupid.

  • Brutal

  • Sorry, I wasnt aiming my comment at you or the guy in the vid, I was going on about people in general. I guess it seemed like it though...

Dont you get frustrated by the blokes who tell people their one system will do it all??

And a lot of people dont know about periodization or conditioning so people take advantage of that. Matt Furey has a ton of great info and seems cool but he also has a ton of crap...for a while he was claiming HIndu Pushups strengthened the whole body, causing gains

  • I cant go into detail about all the BS because their was so much, but the claim was that by doing the 'Royal Court' (Hindu pushups, hindu squats, bridging) for 3 months you would go into the gym to test your strength and find you had made gains on all you lifts!!

All I am saying is be careful, I want people to know the truth.

But yeah, this is a great vid and you know whats up it looks like, keep up the good work and I will be subscribing so make some good vids mate

    =)

  • very cool!

  • good grafting fella
