Yea i was Express line And yeaa they did have lines lol but it still moved pretty fast its only slow when its night go there when it just opens and bam your in the house in no time (if your express) and even regular line is fast some times

Def. buy the fast pass! You will wait less time in line and get into all the houses. The lines will get longer as it gets closer to halloween. Last year the regular lines were anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes long on halloween! Luckily we had fast pass ;-) we waited the longest 15 min! Hope that helps! :-)
