The video here does not focus on the UPMART vehicle rego initiative in discussions so could not possibly warrant a negative violent response by a troubled person, skinski7 (I know who you are). It is however obvious that this particular UPMART initiative is the most feared initiative of all by the statute. Upmart V.R. offers simple solutions to protect people from finicism (a McClure,ism meaning financial hardship) and allows individuals a right of passage enabling freedom to travel on the road.

Scam artist. Although it is true that obtaining a state issued drivers license contracts the holder into a regulatory framework the alternative of common law licenses and registrations issued by Upmart are nothing more than colour of law fictions issued by a private entity for the sole purpose of financial gain. If one does not wish to contract with the state in regards to a drivers license then simply don't do it. There is no need to spend money on Upmarts legal fiction.
