  • The song has been recorded in 1990, when Germany won the soccer world championship in Italy. The video shows the "typical" journey of German soccer fans across the Alps to support their team. By the way it shows how German tourists are (stereotypically)cheated by Italian hawkers. The original song "Azzuro" is an Italian evergreen sung by Adriano Celentano. Practically, Die Toten Hosen have desecrated this holy Italian song.
