Also, given the condition of the hotel, who is to say that those illegal workers aren't responsible to some degree via incompetence? Still, Holiday Inn does hold the final responsibility for their establishment insofar as possible loss of business and/or legal consequences. Also... funny how the quality of the illegal work isn't mentioned ONCE.
