Chesapeake Bay Retriever Puppies

My Chesapeake is food, bone and toy aggressive around other dogs. I socialized him with other dogs and people as a pup. How can I break him of doing this aggressive thing? It scares me. And I want more dogs.....

Love these dogs. My dad would take his to the beach to go surfing. He would swim up to other surfers and hop onto their boards. My dad trusted him so much he would let him out for the whole night every night and he would just roam the neighborhood.

Let me remind you we live in southern california. He scared the s**t out of unsuspecting strollers.

Never heard of Chesapeake Bay Retrievers? They're great dogs. Named after the body of water running up thru Maryland here in the US. I've had CBRs all my life.

@BHinesU im from the UK and have to agree chesapeake's or 'cheesecakes' are the best dog, such a lovely personality for a big dog, and can't get a better dog for hunting, have had them all my life and am looking to buy a new one sometime soon :)

My first Chessie passed away when I was young. She was my best friend and I miss her, but I'm happy because we got another Chessie, a male this time. I remember when he was as tiny as these little guys. =3 So adorable<3
