The dropping from hspa+ to 3g is normal... It is a battery saving feature, and doesn't cause any problems. It would be a problem if you didn't see the h at all but that's not the case

@smaneesint this is U.S. AT&T version, not the international/original. All U.S. versions come with 4 buttons instead of 3.

I'm running this now, GS2 AT&T, obviously. Haven't had any major issues besides bad reception. I'm also located in S. Cali. Not a big fan of Touchwiz neither since I don't use it.
