  • 我自己做了七天 體重減少約一公斤,腰部肌肉的確有比較緊實!! 不過個人認為第一天的練習比較不會傷到腰!! 所以建議天天做這個練習!!不過做第一天的就可以了!!

  • 我觉得,他们不快,主要是要坚持,过70天,而不是7天,我相信­大家会觉得,做一组很轻松

  • 我覺得可以慢一點  他們太快了-.- 新手做不來 而且突然這樣訓練腹部肌肉感覺也會造成傷害
