F0 and F1 tornadoes have been recorded at a quarter to half a mile wide. You can't judge by size.

A tornado of this size could easily by an EF0.

An extraordinary event occurred in Cyprus at 3pm on the 26th of March, when a EF2Tornado struck the coastal town of Larnaka. Local residents had to clean up the mess the following day after the large tornado hit the town causing damage to at least 10 cars, several houses and interference to the electricity lines. We heard local accounts of a sandwich van permanently parked opposite the stadium that was tossed on its side.

Yes but you assumed it was an EF3. A tornado of this size could be anywhere from an EF0 to an EF5. I make no assumptions about a tornado's intensity unless I can at least see the rotation or, preferably, damage.

i saw it by my house =s at first at like i thought it was a big cloud until i saw it on my balcony kind of twisting; i live just buy the sea. the hailstones weree huge! :o my sisterr locked me outsidee lol and i was stood outside in them, they really hurt.. :/ lol.
