  • I was born there...and I love I could have stayed there...but I was part of the (not so) lucky side of the population who actually feels bad for what Castro is doing to what could be one of the most beautiful places in the world (and not agreeing with Castro's point of view is a crime, BTW)

It's a beautiful place destroyed by one of the worse ideologies human mind has ever created...COMMUNISM. The soul is still there, but it's distorted and it's gonna take a lot of work to get it back in shape

  • Been to Veradero in '04. Very touristy. No locals other than hotel staff. Was lucky enough to stay at a resort where a Government official brought his family to vacation (like westerners). Got to know his beautiful grand daughter from Havana. I've been meaning to go back for years, but other trips keep coming up. Bourdain makes me want to plan a trip. Beautiful REAL people. We won't trade with Cuba, but we buy all our goods from Communist slave driving China? #walmartreality

  • For a few years now, I've wanted to travel to Cuba.

  • I cannot wait for this episode!! such a great show!

  • buen fotografo, pesimos modelos...

  • As much as I love Anthony Bourdain, he really should try to broaden his views on the whole "revolution" wonder thing.
