My brother brought me back some boudin from his vacation down around Breaux Bridge. I'm addicted. Hope the FDA never finds Boudin; They'll regulate it. Got my own clandestine operation going here in TN. I ain't stuffing no casings. Just batching it off and frying in the skillet.

Oh my God I miss the south. Breaux Bridge and Lafayette have the best boudin ever. BEST. Guidroz meat market mmmmmmmmmm!!!!
