@GymnastGirl309 my mom says they have different jobs, the elf on the shelf has to fly back to the NP every night to tell santa if u r good or bad so if you play with him or touch him he wood be to tired to fly. he scares me sometimes cause his eyes scare me. we wrote santa a letter to bring us a new elf like natalie's so we could touch it we wanted girls cents we only have girls in our famley we got 3 elf magic girls from Santa last year.
