shiseido sun protection liquid foundation is super great!!! i really love it. its a long lasting and matte foundation. good for oily skin and humid days. for reference.. im nc 25-30 and im sp 30 in shiseido.

I use Shiseido spf55 every day, but haven't tried the foundation. I've got to look up Sable, cause it looks good with your eye color & mine is similar! :)

Lisa I just tried the origins multi-grain mineral MU. I love it!!! it eliminates 2 products from my usual MU routine that I use to help me stay matte throught the day. AWESOME product!!

you can get a sample of the origins at teh store and then if you like it better you can return the BE to Sephora! :o) They ALWAYS take returns! Enjoy which ever you decide!

Hi Again..I forgot to ask..and I know you probably said this already in your Shiseido video, I also wanted to ask if the Shiseido is moisturizing.?. You sound as though you have found Your #1 HG foundation. I am wondering with winter coming if this would still be a good foundation.?.

Actually I had just purchased MAC Moistureblend in NW20. Would you have an idea how Shiseido would compare AND what shade would be equivalent? It's nice to have more than one foundation to switch with.

In case no one answers, the Shiseido SP liquid is not moisturizing. It is very matte and long lasting. (I have it too and love it.) I plan to keep wearing it this winter with moisturizer and Shiseido smoothing veil underneath. I'm NW15 in MAC and I use SP10 for Shiseido. All the Shiseidos are yellowish toned (like MAC NC) but it blends in fine for me. MAC Moistureblend is probably not at all similar to the Shiseido SP liquid. HTH!

Thank you for the info. I am thinking of buying the Shiseido liquid foundation after watching the video, but I have combination skin instead of oily skin. And winter is coming. I think I'd better go to a Shiseido counter to try out the texture of the foundation before buying.

The Shiseido is not moisturizing- it is somewhat dry but it leaves a very beautiful finish! It is not like the Moistureblend at all! :o( I think you would be SP20 in Shisiedo. I will be using this all winter!

The 131 just wasnt getting used- I seemed to go back to my 187 or 188, so I decided to sell it. The EL was a different color that I bought and it didnt match. I still have 3 of my shade in the EL cause I love it!

I did project ten pan and it was hard but I had my sister to help me, she never let me buy anything and always kept me away from makeup stores and I had to show her the items I finish before I could buy anything it seems like alot but I got it done and feel really good about it.

I do both I use it over my Sheseido or alone for days where I am not looking for as much coverage- although it has really great coverage on its own. I use a fluffy brush with it over my liquid or with a kabuki by itself! :o)
