How can this be classed as "contemporary" that's the problem with this program. They do this silly lyrical routines and class them as contemporary. This is why idiots think contemporary dance is "pretending to be a tree" And the fact that it's to "no air" is completely sickening. Don't get me wrong I love this program but they need to sort out their classification of each dance style

@yellie82 From a dancer's persepective, I agree with you. Far too many lifts. But If you listen to the audience, they cheer at lifts. Flashy moves means more votes for them. I think the choreography is really clever in that respect.

hi everyone, i am a fan of SYTYCD since season 3.... dance is a big part of my life, i wish im in america and i will join such a nice dance competition..

well, this music is dance by Katee and Joshua: No Air (SYTYCD) season 6.. they are brilliant perfomers.. i think their version is much better to this contemporary piece..

I have to say I was expecting a lot from UK and only dancers to not disappoint me were Charlie, Mandy, and Lizzie.

My only complaints with this routine is that Liz was a bit stiff and the lift at 1:09 was a bit strained.

Thought this was one of the two best routines of week 4, together with Mandy & Tommy's broadway routine. Forget what Nigel said. It was believable, I could see that they were in love even if it was only for one minute and a half. Again amazing lifts by Alastair! Beautiful to watch.

for those people who think we're being conned and Lizzie has had other training besides hip-hop - IT DOESN'T MATTER!!! The show isn't like strictly come dancing where its unfair if contestants have had previous training. I think Lizzie is wonderful - totally agree with Louise about the honesty of her dancing, and the raw emotion! This dance is beautiful.

I love everything about Alastair. He even makes the connective steps look compelling. I'm a bit put off by Lizzie in that this dance clearly shows that she's had classical/jazz training. She's not the hiphop dancer off the street that the show would like us to believe. In fact, she seemed more skilled doing this dance that she did doing hiphop with Mark. No way you could learn the technique and the lines necessary to pull off this dance in just one week, on top of learning 3 other dances.

I feel you have been very very unfair to Lizzie. Just because she appears and that's all it is appears to have mastered this and any other formof dane she has beengivendoes not mean she has had previous training. There is another answer, gosh maybe Lizzie is a good dancer and deserves to win.Just like Alaistair is a god dancer.

I love the choreography and they danced it very well. The big lifts were effortless and effective, but my favorite lift would have to be that small but utterly emotive one at 1:27 - 1:29 where Alastair lifts her with his wrists while she's pressed against his body. Just so exquisite. /melts

On a week where all four couples really raised the bar, I feel this dance proved Alaistair & lizzie may be the best two dancers in the competition. This sadly for them it doesn't mean either of them will win thanks to the stupidty of allowing the public vote for their favourite rarther than the best.

Certainly Drew is an excellent dancer and will be missed from the competition. Personally I feel he should have been saved over Robbie.Tommy again fantastic dancer can't take anything away from him but I stll feel Alastair is slightly more of a all-l rounderer.Here comes the kiss of death for Lizzie I can't see her being beaten no matter how good the others are.
