  • killed by noobs

  • i was never on boot camp,im now a prestige lvl 37 :]

  • Yeah the only problem is on wii the boot camp is usually full of more lv7 ups then Under lv 7 xD

  • What is boot camp again? I forgot.

  • Do you have any other FPS's on the PS2 or something? Just some practice to get you used to the controller again. As for me, I have Star Wars Battlefront 2. Epic game.

  • Nope. I do not want an FPS unless it has online. Hence PS3 dual analog stick FPSs are completely new to me.

  • I see. Well, like you said, you'll get used to it. Then you'll start pwning like I know you do. :D

Btw, if you didn't see my PM on your orig account, congrats on getting 200 subscribers!

  • Thanks :]

  • I had that. :)

  • Sweet... This is what i want, and am going to get!

  • You're going to get WAW again?

  • WaW and MW2 when it comes out. I was thinking CoD4 but im so used to WaW and i know pretty much everything about it.

  • Nice Vid!

Don't like the lv60's in there though noobss..

  • I'm only glad the only boot camp glitcher was on my team. Needed some salvation from getting raped due to my lack of familiarity with the dual analog stick control scheme.

  • It's possible to get into boot camp on Wii WaW too :)

  • I'd get a PS3 instead of 360, because Sony makes quality products. I got a PS1 and PSP.

A Wii-mote feels more realistic than a controller to me. Just a matter of preference.

BTW, not a bad match. Must feel a bit weird getting back to a controller.

  • Once I finally get some aiming skills I'll actually dominate. I have trouble shooting STANDING TARGETS just because the precision of adjusting my aim is difficult. Bumping up the sensitivity only makes it worse since I will more often than not shoot past their general direction. I spend about 3-4 seconds aiming, which is terrible as I lose awareness of my surroundings.

  • I see. The Wii-mote is better for FPS then. Do you also have MW on the PS3? Man I would play that game if I got a PS3.

  • No, but I think I can borrow it. Though I will get massive owned by the players in the game.

  • Don't worry, if you need back up I will buy a PS3 and MW X-D I got your back X-D

  • I have *some* experience with the PS3 controller, i had some FPS games on my very old PS2, and i was a god at aiming. But that was a long time ago, and i suck at aiming with analog sticks now. I played halo 2 at my friends house and i died on the easiest difficulty.

  • i played PC for 2 years switched back to consoles 3 weeks ago and i still have to get used to aiming

  • The 360 pad is much better for FPS because of the stick layout and it has "real" triggers.

I have both PS3 and 360 and I think you made a mistake getting a PS3 over a 360 but to each his own.

  • I have PS1, PS2, PSP and now PS3. I think I'm happy with my decision. Since I followed Sony in the beginning it was natural for me to get a PS3 in some time. FPSes aren't the reason I wanted the PS3, but the free online is a real draw.

  • great dude. gratz on the ps3 :] i miss talkin to ya.. have fun with it :P getting my xbox soon :P so ya :P gratz.. doesnt the quality blow your mind!?! lol anyway. cya :P

  • Yep. Not so easy is it? Lol, jk.

I think I would do better on the PS3 controllers. The Xbox controllers are too damn big. I also have more experience playing on PS2 FPS's. But it really is a big difference between the Wii and PS3 controllers.

  • Actually I'm wondering how people play an FPS like this on the 360. The 360 controller has 2 less buttons compared to the PS3 dualshock and the Wiimote.

And the not so easy thing can be applied to two things: my depth perception is extremely poor because I'm so used to 30fps WAW on the Wii and the graphics/lighting of the PS3 are a HUGE distraction. I have trouble shooting targets standing STILL. Also my aiming sucks atm, and I need to improve it.

  • It does? Which buttons?

  • No, I mean, LITERALLY, it has 2 buttons less than the Wiimote/PS3. Like, I can't even imagine where they map the buttons for grenades/special grenades. I'm pretty damn sure they at least need the L trigger on the 360 controller for Aiming Down the Sights. At least in the Wii you just need to twist the Wiimote for special grenades, and the controls were mapped to all of the buttons. The controls are all mapped to the PS3 buttons nicely, but I don't know how they map all the controls for the 360.

  • Really? It seems as though the 360 has as many buttons as the PS3. What PS3 button equivalent of the 360 is missing?

  • Nevermind, I forgot it also has another shoulder button at the top. L and R Triggers, but there's also a third button.

I still dunno what button they would use for special grenades though.

  • Ah, yes, the Left and Right Buttons that go with the Triggers. I believe LB is to throw a special, and RB to throw a reg.

  • Then what's used to aim down the sights?

  • Left trigger to ADS. Right trigger to shoot.

  • Did you buy this off of ebay?

  • Nope, bought it at a store. Still 60 dollars, even after all these months passed by. Good grief.

  • lol, well when I get mine in October I look forward to playing with you, and I will have a Headset

  • how much does a headset cost?

  • $40-$60

  • PS3 headsets are 50, with tax 55.

  • WAW? Or MW2?

  • Both, Im getting the PS3 in Late September/Early October
