Garmin nüvi 765 with 3D buildings

I have the 765t, but 3d buildings are never seen. All my settings are set to 3d maps/view. Been simming in NYC, and still no 3d buildings. Just last week, I drove across Minneapolis from MSP airport to Maple Grove, then across to Cottage Grove. No 3d map anywhere.

does the garmin 880 and 885t have 3d features, and do they have 3d lane assist features like the tom tom 470 has?

3D buildings are cool, but how up to date or accurate is the graphical representation of the actual structures?

Very accurate. Although sometimes it gets confused when you are under a bridge and can't tell if you on it or underneath it.

I think only newest models like 1390/1490 and 865 show POIs on map. Unbelievable, worlds No. 1can not do a thing all others can do

Is there no option to add POI's on the MAP? I find this absolutely a big loss for the GPS

some Users of 765 units reports they have POIs on the 80m zoom, but i have my 2nd 765 and i cant see POIs at all. What a pitty, cause the unit is great beside that !

Even Garmin latest model 885t with voice commands dont even have 3d buildings and smooth map draws...what were they thinking????
