  • Poor thing seems to have several crippled arms, it probably had some nasty arguments with predators and has a true reason to go on hiding mode. :D Its really beautiful!

  • i just found out that not only can they change colour but texture just as fast! so they can become spikey to blend into jagged rocks or correl if they so choose.. cool huh

  • That's not actually it's eye but it's gills, (if that's what octopi have). It's eyes are located on the top of it's head, in that bump sticking up.

    It does look like it is a big blue eye though when its gills open and close.
