I do it just like this video, except that, instead of erasing the layer, I create a layer mask and paint the parts that I don't want to fix. Either way, the result is the same.

although i must admit your accent is quite entertaining, your way of doing this is a rather amateur version, since it produces an outcome of very limited quality. the best way i personally prefer to do this is by using a wide spread, soft edged brush on the clone tool. Furthermore lower down the opacity to 15 - 25% and dab on the skin you want to cover.
