Swifty. quick tip for nutrition. It is a really good idea to get some simple sugars like a banana in you RIGHT after you work out because it will spike your bodies insulin. Insulin carries amino acids through the body which build muscle. Also when you drink your post workout shake make sure there is carbs in it, dont be scared! You have to replenish your bodies energies otherwise that 20g of protein will be metabolized as glucose and not amino acids. PM me if you have training ?'s.
