no it's the iraqi anthem only! true that a palestinian writer wrote it, but he gave it to iraq and then a iraqi compositer made the sound for it, but when saddam came, he came up with this new anthem.. but we had mawtini from the very start and when saddam was gone they put back our old anthem which im os happy for.. love iraq!
