halo is probably the best game series ever made, way better than call of duty. It's too bad they are microsoft owned, so I won't be able to play them on ps3

well halo 3 sucked. but custom games and forge is the only reason i liked it. halo 1 had a better mulitiplayer and best campain

I really don't see why there needs to be a remake of this game- it was perfect to me in every way and the campaign on legendary was actually difficult unlike the campaign in recent Halos. The only thing I could see a remake for is just so there can be online multiplayer for convenience rather than system linking, which is what we used back in the day

holy crap nostalgia. i remember getting this game in fourth grade cuz my parents bought it accidentally (my dad was getting me an xbox for my birthday, and didnt realize it was a halo special edition one that came with the game :D) and staying up late and scaring myself lolol.

But, really, legendary sucks to do. The way they got past the AI at the time was upping the amount of shots the enemy could take and shields and damage while keeping yours exactly the same. I gave up half an hour into it.

Awesome vid! One thing I never understood though, why do people reload a 30-45 round magazine after they only fire approximately 10-12 rounds when playing fps'.

I always try to conserve down to at most the last 5-3 rounds in the magazine.

So just in case you run into a bunch of enemies you're not low on ammo and you don't have to reload while you're being shot at

@cakeben08 Maybe you dont understand it, There are two Halo CE's, the Halo Combat Evolved, and the Custom Edition. People mostly use it as "Combat Evolved", so you have it somewhat right.
