I don't think it's fair to say that sex is the only reason we're all here, it might be the reason you're here but not everybody.

I have friends who are Asexual, sex isn't the reason they are here and some of them are in very happy romantic but non-sexual relationships.

Romantic and Sexual love aren't necessarily the same thing, to some people they are and to some people they aren't.

Love is what YOU as the individual decide it is.

In art class I had both (Natural red heads fascinate me XD). With me I feel like I can connect more with other women and there is less you have to explain because they just know. I think one can have an appreciation for the male or female body without necessarily being sexually attracted to it. Women's bodies are always being shown off and exhaulted more than men's. Humans, as a species, have a greater appreciation in general for the female body.

Maybe some women are attracted to the female body even though they may be heterosexual because of how the media portrays the female body as sex symbol. Through the cues of magazines, movies etc it seems we have been conditioned to see the female body in this way

Even then, why would that affect women, marketing tries as hard to make men attracted to women. Look at twilight for example. Did that make men want to be attracted sexually to men? Many more movies do what that one did.

@sadetwizelve My studies and experiences led me years ago to come to the conclusion that women are born naturally bisexual. Whether they get the chance to explore it about themselves is another matter.

Under certain conditions men will be bisexual themselves due to the overwhelming desire to stick a penis into anything, but not as naturally into it as women.

Sorry, but as a heterosexual woman I have to disagree. I am turned on by the male body and turned off by the female body. Sometimes women can be beautiful to look at, especially when they wear makeup and do their hair up and wear pretty clothes; but I only like looking at a woman when she's fully clothed! And also I think when someone says they're gay by choice, the gay community is mainly who gets annoyed, because when they say they've been through so much and couldn't control who they were, ignorant people tell them "why don't you just stop being gay then". Saying you're gay by choice encourages this ignorance towards people that really didn't have a choice. The real gay people in my opinion. People that have chosen to be with women by choice aren't gay, they're bisexual people that chose women

All women prefer women's bodies? I can assure you that isn't true. I know some girl's that want nothing to do with a women's body and are turned on only by the male body. To say this is the norm is a bold statement. Sure the female body is beautiful, and everyone can agree on that, but to say ALL women (including heterosexual) PREFER women's bodies is ridiculous. My girl wants nothing to do with the female body, she loves mine. A male that has a fit body is just as beautiful.
