@jadenj51 I would go back to Blizzard about it, thats bullshit they cant do anything. I know for a fact they can remove an authenticatior with out you doing it. They are just trying to get you to rebuy the game and get your money. If they refuse to remove it or "claim" they can not go to the Better Business Bureau, I have dealt with that same issue before and the BBB resolved it for me and made Bliz grant me a month of free game time for the trouble I went through.
