I've played tecmo super since day 1 and it never used to do that... almost every copy I"ve seen does this... does anyone know what's causing that ? @stusreviews the NES could only handle so many sprites or individual moving elements on the screen at a time. This is why the original tecmo bowl was 9 on 9. So the players flash so they won't technically be shown at the same time. Also if you notice when the screen pans and there are only a few players on the screen they will not flash.
