  • You could be a seriuous contender if you got your technique right as I'm over twice your age and 6 stone lighter yet can do the 100 reps in 2:54 although today I did 98 in 2:44 I was told i was at 100 so stopped, I would have probably done 100 in about 2:47.

  • You need to improve your technique, hammer curl the dumbell you will find it easier then press straight up no twisting or turning of the dumbell, this year as you know it is down to speed so there will be a bit more body movement due to that but we need to see your legs as you are not allowed to use them to help you lift the dumbell, although you can't help them moving a little when you are going fast.

  • 8 on each or 16? Either way this is seriously impressive! I'd have a go, if we were aloud to use 2kg ha..
