The battle system is a different script than the party switch script. The animations you have to do them yerself, or download sprite sheets, but you have to configure the battle system script to work with the sprite sheets you have.

You can indeed, if you know how to use scripts. When I first used omnislash, I think I plugged in a script I found on the RPGVX forums which worked a treat.

I'm curious as to if it can be used to follow directly after an attack.

Say I have 2 Battlers(A & B)

(Question 2:) could I have a xx% chance of

Step 2: Battler B following [with a(n) (reduced damage) attack? I could use a function like that to counter and/or express character relationships.

Um, I don't know if you can. It is probably possible but it require a decent amount of scripting. It would be easier if you just had the first actor's attack strength higher than the seconds. That may work if you understood that lol.

but a good example of the method i meant would be like the counter system in disgaea, one then the other.

Oh, I see what you mean. I "can" be done, with a good amount of scripting knowledge thou. But, like you said, you should go look at other scripts that in some way pertain around the same functions to try and get the basic idea of what you're trying to do.

sure. open the party tab in the database, and underneath where all the skills are located (bottom right hadn corner), there is a checkbox that says: "command name". check the box and type in the desired name for the command.

Heh, these were very early examples so I think they're pretty bad when I look at them again. I'm able to be a lot more creative with what I know now.

As for this particular demo, most of the action sequences shown in this video are included the extra demo I've put up.

Yeah, I've tried it. But the reason I want to see the demo in the video is because of the special emotion customization you can use on the victory sequence which I can't do on my own since I'm quite a novice to scripting. Also because of the added scripts (Like party changer) that many other users seem to like too. But I could totally understand if you don't want to distribute them, but I think the demo looks awesome as a base.

All scripts seen in this video are available publicly. The party switcher is called KGC_LargeParty which you can easily google up.

As for the victory customization, that is part of the sideview script, but it requires some intermediate knowledge of how that script works.

interesting info mrbubblewand. but something I think Amyprotester was trying to ask is if this could be available to download since it has all the preinstalled scripts on it. MrAnonymous's scripts are quite hard to find, well, the ones shown in this vid.
