i'm gonna echo these comments, i have a new macbook pro 13" that has a "very useful" SD card slot! (which you could get as an adapter via usb if you didn't have one) so unfortunately i can't use this SOLO.. real shame!!! cheers apple. Would've loved this accelerator .
You're screwed if you don't already own an older MacBook Pro.You have to buy the 17" MacBook Pro version which is the only model to keep the Express Card 34 slot. Nice one Apple: so long pro users, hello average consumer.

No you can't. The MacBook can not run UAD's.
I have the same problem. If I want to use these plug-ins I have to buy a MacBook Pro. It's a real shame.
