I know, but when I apply science to government, I find that progress is made on a personal, community, national, biological, universal, and economical levels by survival of the fittest. That is why I vote for conservatives. They may be idiotic religious crazies, but their economics beliefs are based off the survival of the fittest. Democrats act like God when they put their dirty hands on the economy. It implausible for one force to do so much, just like its implausible for God to do so much.

It did'nt mean leaving GOD out of our governing our nation. What's wrong with asking for help from the one and only one who can help us. Turn your back on the main man and watch out his rath is something you don't want to deal with. Secondly, scientist are a creation of GOD nothing happens unless he lets it happen.
@00knowitall i agree with you about what it was intended for, but the Catholic Church had no influence in England for 250 years before the American Constitution was written. They were probably thinking of how all over Europe governments were religiously homogenous and would persecute other religions. So ya separation of Church and State is meant for religious freedom, but there's better examples to use
