I convert it to wmv first before uploading but seems to lose some quality, yours look pretty good, what program do you use to convert?
i have this game....and i have same card as you do...i have 3 gb of ram 3.6 ghz cpu,and when i start game it says "graphic card not compatible"

i convert to wmv from fraps too,
from windows movie maker, try when setting the conversion, select best fit to file size and crank it up till you get a bit rate of 2.0 MB
