mm well nice but i would hav though u would have mixed the meat up lamb chicken lamb chicken instead of lamb one end and chicken other but still well nice did u ever find out what marinade the greek butcher used ?
@sheffguy29 No I havent asked him I guess its his secret recipe. The smell is amazing. The reason I dont mix both together is cause chicken takes a little longer to cook and the lamb you can have however you want. Chicken needs to be cooked properly .
hi, looks great. i heard a butcher in coburg sells the meat but i cant find it. where is your meat from? i'm going to do a spit in november for my 30th birthday. i can't wait. hope it looks as good as yours!
great stuff thankyou for taking the time to reply, I can imagine the smells, would have loved to have been there whilst it was cooking, I bet it tasted devine as well, what part of the world are you from?
To be honest i cant tell you cause we buy the lamb and chicken already marinaded from a greek butcher. The smell when you pick it up from him is divine. I'll ask him next time i go but i doubt he will give his secret away.
sieht echt lecker aus
