On Windows Vista computers it gives an unmodified version of the US base...

The PAL code changes, but not the US one. Maybe you could try to fix that up, because that kinda sucks for the Vista users out there.

It's times like this that make me WANT TO download viruses to my computer. :/

Many people have told me it works on Vista (I only have XP so I can't test) and Windows 7. It s usually a problem with the NET framwork so you should first check that there is no problem with it on your computer. Do you have any other programs that use the NET framework?

I do have on my site a bit about programming. Visual BASIC should be easier, but I would recommend C++ to program most types of games, which is what I use.

Try deleting all the files you downloaded and download it again. If not, click in the code, press Ctrl-A which will select the code and then Ctrl-C to copy.

When you click on Select Code and Copy you won't see the code selected but it should still copy. You can test by then pasting into notepad.

No, it's Microsoft's fault, I said it probably won't run on Vista. Other people have got it working on XP so I'm sorry that Microsoft removed compatibility with other Windows versions.

Well I downloaded it, it didn't work. So I tried downloading it again, and it still didn't work. A message keeps coming up saying, "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." But I never installed it so what should I do?
