wait, what do you mean by tethered? you mean just using phone, you are not providing a different device with an internet connection, so you technically are not tethering correct?
@JoelAnderson47 I agree! but that's the way it goes. AT&T was very clear on that. I upgraded from iPhone with unlimited data plan. If I move to the "tethered" plan to use the LapDock, then I would be charged something like an additional "no contract" (on one month and off another month if you wish) $20/month. BUT!! I would loose my unlimited data plan and I would have to pick a new limited plan for the remainder of my life with AT&T.
I guess if you don't have a computer at home, this might be a good option. I don't think you can connect a printer because of all the different drivers out there, but I have not tried. I can say that I have confirmed the mouse works via USB.
