  • Tabata protcol is 100% exertion for each & every set be it 2 sets or 8, that is not tabata just 20/10 off timing for a moderate circuit...nice but just that not tabata

    A real personnal trainer would not even allow these people near tabata..designed for Olympic level athletes to push peak performance..not your f-ing gran

    Too many fakers in the industry.

  • wow - thats 5 minutes ill never get back.... glad they did jumping jacks and push ups for an hour.... how and why do people put these videos on here? i dont get it - show something different...

  • @danndan6 absolutely right, but if you are a beginner, it its better to do them this way, until they actually have the from to perform the correctly.

  • it would have been better if they did 8 rounds of squats, 5 minute rest/water and then 8 rounds of pushups instead of back to back. if done like in the video, the anaerobic muscle benefits are reduced. why are people trying to mess around with DR tabatas research results and go against it? stupid
