Hi Dan... I wanted to say thank you for your inspirational video. Your story inspired me to start P90X. I'm on day 85 and almost done with my first round. I've lost a little over 35 lbs already. Seriously, there were days when I did not want to exercise at all!! On those days I would watch your video and sure enough 10 minutes later I would be exercising. @AfroRhino100 usally the skin will tighten back up if your are doing it the right way with diet and exercise. those people that lose a lot of weight really fast using gastric bypass surgery are the ones that have a lot of excess skin because they didn't getting the vitamins and nutrition the body and especially your skin needs to bounce back. obviously he had a good diet and exercised plus his skin took basically the whole 15 month to go back to normal.
I had to watch this again with my 9 year old son! His eyes and expression of amazement said it all when watching it and I just had to come and thank you for being such an inspiration! He's watched my transformation as well and I love being able to show him this kind of success, as I know it's an example of being able to accomplish anything you set your mind to do!! "If you can conceive it...you can achieve it!" KPP!

Congratulations man this video shows that if you really want to change you can do it no matter what, it is amazing how you went from 370lb to 200lb, I've already lost 41lb with P90X as well and I feel very well and healthy... Thanks for posting this video bro

Hey superstar, you're my idol now because of your immense desire and credibility of showing that you can do it! Anyway, which P90X did you follow through? Was it the lean one, classic or double? Do you have a blog which covers up whatever you do too? I would totally follow your steps man as the changes you did totally shocked the hell out of me... I was freaked out and at the same time excited! Cause you showed me that there's still hope for me.

Very impressive dude, P90X does work, can't get enough of it. I remember when I first started I wasn't a big fan of Yoga. I ended up looking forward to the day doing Yoga, feels awesome after it

Great job buddy. Very inspiring. It's one thing to lose a few pounds to get leaner. You completely changed your body chemistry and don't even resemble the same person in your earlier pics. Results like yours cannot be overlooked.

I fully expect to see his story on TV. I am doing Power 90 in the mornings and although sometimes it tough to get out of bed, your right, JUST KEEP PUSHING PLAY. Do your best and don't let your subpar days slow you down.
