I know this sounds really stupid but are the weapons gonna be like the first bioshock where you carry them all at once of use one with another holstered. I think that the first bioshock was better at thinking tactically because you weren't limited to two weapons so it was one of the better points of the game from my point of view
I know it's been a month since you wrote that comment, but in the newer videos, it shows that you can only carry 2 weapons at a time. You pick up what you find when you find it.
Kinda sad to see that, really. Games like Gears of War and Uncharted have limited gun capacities, and that's why I never really liked them- in Bioshock, you could carry 9 guns or so, and use any of them for the right time and/or purpose. It's going to be more difficult now.

There isn't going to be a hideout, as far as I know- the whole game is basically "escape with the princess" so backtracking is most likely not gonna be there, and therefore, there shan't be any hide-out. :( Sorry. It takes place in 1912, and from the latest video after this, "Bioshock Infinite: Windows into other Worlds", they explained that the result of dimensional rips in time, or what they call "Tears", is a reason for why a lot of these kind of advances exist in Columbia.
Something like that. People in Columbia can already see the Tears randomly show up, and the city had existing advances since the 1893 World's Fair, but Elizabeth is the one to actually get those altered things into their city. Because of the Tears and her ability, the Founders are able to exceed in advances to improve the city's technology and altillery. Mostly, they want Columbia to remain as an example of advanced progression, and become a patriotic force to be feared by.
A combination of looking up a lot of info on BioShock Infinite, and keen observation with how these updated items seem to fit. It may or may not be speculation, but with the projector with sound, advanced weapons, and last year's demo that had a 1900's ahead-of-it's-time-cover of Tears For Fear's "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" from the 1980's (which the original appears in the new demo), you can be certain that Columbia had took advantage of using Tears to advance their city.
Bobby Kotick created a account and disliked this video. If you buy Bioshock Infinite, you are probably intelligent, and you won't buy Modern Warfare 3. So, Bobby is disappointed.

@ZombieMonkey7 The game still isn't being released for a while. Usually only a few things are revealed at a time to draw out anticipation and interest in these sorts of big games. This is the stuff that they want to reveal and talk about right now, so I doubt we'll be hearing about anything else for a while. Plus this is stuff that makes it different from the original Bioshock, so I think it's understandable why they want to focus on it.

@sp0re85 If thou speakest the truth then thou would know of the most amazing piece of interactive art of all time, which was released in 1999 (but computing limitations of the time in no way hindered the amazing quality of the game). But I digress, begone! Go and enlighten yourself with SS2; the sooner the better.

@Strand0410 Dude, I just wanted to tell you guys my personal opinion and in my opinion it will be one of the greatest games that has ever been made. Youre right with your suggestion Im really too young to know how good the classic games were because I didnt grow up with them. But for the times today where everyone looks at the graphic this game proves that its different because it has its own special and interesting stil. Its not only about graphics. Otherwise, Im quiet sure that there are

You know I think Ken has been talking about the factions, Elizebeth, and the skylines WAY to much I mean that's all he ever talks about. I know this is all important stuff, but I want some info on stuff we haven't heard. Like is there hacking, what are the weapons and some new plasmids (I forgot their new name)

@ZombieMonkey7 The game still isn't being released for a while. Usually only a few things are revealed at a time to draw out anticipation and interest in these sorts of big games. This is the stuff that they want to reveal and talk about right now, so I doubt we'll be hearing about anything else for a while. Plus this is stuff that makes it different from the original Bioshock, so I think it's understandable why they want to focus on it.
