  • Hey scott , i was just wondering i lift at home and do bench press and chinups/pull ups, but i need to buy more weight , ive been doing the same weight for awhile now but i am still gettin results but probably not as much as i would if i got a little bit more weight. is that alright to keep lifting the same weight for awhile or will i eventually stop getting results/building mass.

  • I did this exercise that scott showed and I really felt it in my shoulders after doing a few sets. I love scott's videos I always try and do some of them in the gym sometimes its hard for me to remember what different ways to work out.

But I cant go to the gym so id have to be home excercises. What equipment would u recommend? Dumbells, push up helpers... idk. Could anyone help me please? Thanks.

  • great! i love these exercises that target multiple muscles! awesome! still in shoulder rebab with my overhead/side armclaps and military press, but i will be doin those soon! ALSO! very important ! i notice when im doin 45 mins of overhead armclaps with just 1-2 lbs weights , My lower spine starts to hurt!! and i think doing the squat would feel pretty good on the spine besides just standing up straight the whole time

  • Hey scott great video, but i had a very curious question. I've been doing a lot of work on my abs lately and have been starting to see them a little better but I'm starting to see the outline of them and am noticing that they are like lopsided/uneven. I was wondering if there is anything to fix this problem or if you know anyone else who have this problem because I noticed that your abs are like perfectly aligned and nice. I notice my right side is higher than my left sides abs. Thanks!

  • Exercises like this involving the legs and upper body, especially front lunges holding DB's, really get my heart rate up and burn me out.
