Steve vai do the same, It's called True Temperament, and makes the tune more accurate then straight frets. Stay in tune better and sound in tune in all modes.

@jajajah86 From what i've read: it improves sustain when letting chords ring out (for example) because the strings are not only in tune with themselves, on each fret, but they are also in tune with all the other strings, at the correct intervals of course.
@hermitette actually, it's to have every note be intonated 100% perfectly, for example, if u tune your guitar to E, an A minor chord is not 100% in tune. with this system, it is.
everytime i see dislikes for videos like these, I automatically assume the people who dislike are extremely jealous bitter and disgruntled.
