  • I love this track! It should've made the album!!

  • lavv her

  • love her! ^_^

  • Ouch! That's probably one of the most ignorant and stupid comments I've ever read on the tube.

  • No, she sounds like no 'black' girl, she sounds like Mutya.

I have no time for racist scum like you, holding people back.

You're one sad soul, don't bother replying, because I sure won't.

  • thats not racism. racism is one feeling superior over a certain or all races. that was a sterotpye... placing a mind set on to a group of people or a race.

  • I find it ridiculous that you can see that as racism. As aleashasam01 clearly pointed out one of the many definitions of racisim.

Black people tend to be better singers that white, asian. Although you do get exceptionally bad or good in any. The general picture is that.

Majority of black people can sing and harmonize well. If anything this would be a compliment if not just a statement.

  • So it's not racist to outright imply that one 'race' is superior to another?

Like aleashasam01 rightly pointed out, It's not racism, it's basic stupidity, and that's what people whom buy stereotypes are, because they just spit out second-hand common (mis)coneptions.

  • Okay speaking as a Black woman I don't think Black people are 'better' singers, we just have different voices. More soulful, But that dosn't necessarily mean better. I personally love Sarah Mclachlans voice, it's so simple and plain yet beautifully understated, you don't always have to belt a song out and use lots of vibrato for it to sound good, but sometimes that can work. It just depends on the style of music you're singing.

  • I agree with you on the race thing. Mutya has soul, which has been identified as a trait to R&B singers of back in the day, which have been predominately black. Same goes for Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, and Mary J. They have soul and a defined voice. Also, Robin Thicke can factor in there. No one can duplicate their sound. I'm not being racist, instead, I 'm just trying to clarify a cultural definition of sound.

  • You know that! Used to listen to My Life day & night, memories :'(

  • LMAO!

  • @LookinLuscious STOP TYPING

    WHY THE FUCK

    WOULD YOU DO

    THAT
