The electrons are all on independent rings, which allowed me to set different speeds depending on where I placed the finished point in the animation timeline. Less frames = faster rotation, and more frames = slower.
Once I had the speed sorted out I just made the animation loop infinately.
how did you get that electrons to go at different speeds? make a tutorial if you can please
