Thank you scarletapril12. At the moment live in Hamburg, Germany. I do perform but not with the stuff I publish here but as part of the supporting band of a Gospel Choir. I might publish part of a performance of that choir soon though.

Not bad at all! I like how you did this song, personally. The one thing I can say about Dylan's music is... simple complexity. Which barely anyone understands anymore. And I have to say it, to everyone that whined about this video. Don't forget that a vast amount of the musicians/bands you listen to were inspired by and once probably covered Dylan's songs too. For example: Van Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Guns and Roses.. the list goes on. So quit your bitchin! Let em' enjoy playing for f*** sake!

Don't bother acting all holier than thou you tool, if you hadn't named this "Shelter from the Storm - Bob Dylan" you wouldn't be getting these negative comments. If you weren't just trying to cheaply gather hits you'd change it to say it was a cover in the title, like pretty much everyone else who does covers on youtube. Then you wouldn't get people turning up expecting to hear Bob Dylan and being disappointed.

I'm not competing Bob Dylan in this place. As far as I know he doesn't have a youtube account that he uses to post his songs. If anyone wants originals he should go to the store and should buy a CD instead of stating the obvious that I'm not Bob Dylan.

Thank you. But wish to sing, just start singing. I used to think I should sing, too, but was to shy or to ashamed to do so. But I'm glad that I decided to start with it when I was 44. I thought, "What the heck, many of my favourite stars don't really know how to sing either and they sing. And you don't even want to be a star."

Sorry to say, but in Germany where I published this song it is illegal to post originals and most of them have been taken out by youtube. Therefore it is absolutely clear that this is a cover version and no false advertising - as you say.
