  • @LiveForTurtles i got mine while driving through riding mountain park in Manitoba Canada. they like to cross the road in the autum and tend to get hit by cars so i save as many as i can. they are also endangered. he was a jefferson salamander.

  • @cowboy78ify a jefferson Salamander ^.^ sadly, they are quite endangered due to them constantly loosing homes in the wild and being run over by cars. i try to save as many as i can ^.^ i hope to find myself a couple for breeding in the spring.

  • @aquiyosoyelrey hes recently passed away but he used to eat worms fresh from our chemical free garden and also frog treats and he loved those. he also liked soft bugs (such as flies) slugs, and small goldfish :3

  • isnt that bad to put him in a bath tub people pee and wash themself in those and a lot of soap goes in those and soap isnt very good for the salamander.... anyway its cool!

  • Very cool salamander.

    Just one thing make sure the water is treated. Chlorine could kill it. Amphibians are alot more delicate then other animals and reptiles.

  • my salamander is a tiger salamander we made a pond in the backway for him he loves to swim he is very fast and my other one is smaller

  • my salamander is much much smaller than that ad loves to swim after hes done swiming i put him in his cage full of dirt so he an get his nutrients.
