I, too, think that loosing that much weight in such a short amount of time is not healthy. Also, with Dr. Whatever's super-duper weight-loss shakes, there remains one big, if not the biggest problem: this person does not understand which parts of which foods made her obese. By limiting her to these shakes and snacks, I don't think she's gonna get the nutrients, vitamins, etc... that she needs not only to be slim but to be healthy and to live a long and happy life.
That's not very healthy, she doesn't eat properly. Can't be good. Just eat right en exercise, you don't have to be very thin. If you're feeling fine with the weight you have, it's good, if it's still healthy of course.
I do not advocate losing 90 lbs in 3 months. Put remember, I had significant amount to lose in the beginning it comes off quicker and then it slows down. I just let nature take it's course and my body work with the products.
this is pretty cool. i just started a blog keeping track of my progress. i picked up scales, which i've never needed. i'm video taping my weigh-ins. i had open heart surgery and quit doing things because it made my chest hurt where they went in. i'm only 280, i'm normally 220. and i'm only 47. here's a little advice, DON'T SMOKE!!!
wow thats actually really good. i was 210 lbs, and i kind of had the same epiphany as she did. i lost 60 lbs (which is clearly nothing compared to genenieve) by only going to the gym, and completely changing my lifestyle. i ended up at 148..and then began my weight training. i grew 12lbs of muscle getting me to 160 and lost an additional 10 lbs of remaining fat. so im at a steady 150...and never looked back. i feel awesome...so guys its not impossible.

She definitely is an inspiration to many overweight people, but I must admit there were some red flags that went up (ie: 90 lbs in 12 weeks).

way to advertise a product...i like how they dont mention a balanced diet, and barely slip in the fact that she exercises.
