I was very close to where you were, but I saw it from the rear. I just posted a video response with a video my friend shot. Thank you for uploading this! I took a few thousand photos that day with a 300mm telephoto lens, there is a link to my gallery on the video page.
Unfortunately I didn't get it on video as the F-18s and Harriers blocked a clear view of the accident. I could see it beneath the F-18, but it wasn't video worthy. I'd like to see what you were able to capture.
