The KM definitely has a bit more of an open draw to a nammor (I no longer have a nammor, switched it to narbishes), but sometimes I like the slight restriction.
I also really like the port end handles of the km, which is probably one of the reasons I switched from nammor to narbish, mainly for looks, but also for practically when inserting and taking the hose out.
I have found that my nammor that i got a couple weeks ago has a certain whistle sound to it. Idk if thats what you all mean by making noise. But i dont really care for the noise ha. Anyways, if KM hoses were all washable, they would have nammor by a long shot cause they are such beautiful hoses.
Impression wise? The only one I could come close to pulling off is Stewie, but not very convincingly ha I could try random flash take jokes, but I did that with the scrubs video
The new Nammor has a thicker handle and a thicker hose, it draws better than the old. The new Nammor also doesn't make noise. :( After having both new and old Nammor, I prefer the new Nammor. Now that I have a KM Rainbow Hose, I prefer it to the Nammor. The KM has an effortless draw and is excellent to smoke with, needs to be longer though. Just my $.02 on the two hoses. Nice review!

i love the look of the KM leather hoses, but like you said, the long handle portions are very cumbersome. razan/nammor are just a lot more practical.
Narbs are where its really at though.
As far as the funny/silly videos go... keep them aroudn from time to time, but too often and you are really just gonna over-do it.
