Sometimes he's good, sometimes he's awful. I just think Cristina deserves better than the lackluster inconsistancy she gets from him. She can go up there and give it her all and kick ass, but if he goes flat or hits a sour note, the whole crowd loses interest in the entire band.

I absolutely love this band. I went to see them on the 2nd of October at Leeds Cockpit and they were far more better than I expected! When I bought the tickets I bought them on the basis that I was just an average fan and that they weren't badly priced. But after seeing them I just can't believe how good their performance is! They had the best intro to their gig that I've ever seen. I love Cristina's performance but I adored Andrea's energy and the way he'd lean into the crowd. One word. Amazing

Thanks for posting this. In parts it's quite hypnotic, really, Cristina's singing (and it's shredded my appreciation of syntax!). Forgive me if this is unkind, but I'm not so sure about whether the guy's holding his end up vocally (he does sound better than on the studio version, but I'm not yet in love with his performance). Good band effort, overall, though, and very brave to go unplugged.
Listening especially to the chorus makes me think that this should have been in Scrubs or Smallville near the end of an episode as it wraps up. It's really nice to listen to.

Lacuna Coil are an amazing band. And I love the way Cristina´s and Andrea´s voices contemplate each other, they make every song special and in my opinion the band is just perfect the way they are. And the acoustic versions... oh my, the acoustic versions are just mind blowing. Fantastic.
I interviewed Andrea on Thursday at the Bristol gig. He is an awesome guy and actually has a brilliant voice. It compliments everything else and retains the harshness of the metal aspect of the band. I mean, if he didn't do any of what I just said, they wouldn't be where they are today.
So unless you're in a band touring the world, selling millions of albums, you should shut the fuck up about him not being able to sing.
i'd have to say Lacuna got to where they are off of Cristina's voice not Andrea's...Male singers are a dime a dozen...females..well...................

Lacuna Coil are an amazing band. And I love the way Cristina´s and Andrea´s voices contemplate each other, they make every song special and in my opinion the band is just perfect the way they are. And the acoustic versions... oh my, the acoustic versions are just mind blowing. Fantastic.

I interviewed Andrea on Thursday at the Bristol gig. He is an awesome guy and actually has a brilliant voice. It compliments everything else and retains the harshness of the metal aspect of the band. I mean, if he didn't do any of what I just said, they wouldn't be where they are today.
So unless you're in a band touring the world, selling millions of albums, you should shut the fuck up about him not being able to sing.

Fuck yeah. I've heard plenty of people say she can't sing, and uses the music to hide behind that fact. But this shit just proves how well she can sing, and then some. And suprisingly, the guy doesn't sound to bas either without the music.

if anybody could honestly say that she can't sing, they really must be deaf. she's got one of the most powerful voices in modern music and is very versatile. He's also a gerat singer, but very specific in his style of singing!

@Incito it's just I've seen some shows on youtube in which her voice seems quiet tired, I think it is because she screams a lot, and that's why I say it is another thing... she obviously does it better when sings in acoustics...
but if you say you've seen them alive 8 times, I hope it is true, because I'm coming to see them for first time, and gosh, I can't wait :D
