This song is written in a different tuning.
He's playing it from low E to hight E CGCGCD
shoudl be easy to figure out for you now.

That's a lil low, I'm fairly certain it's DADGbe tuning; standard drop D

To be honest I made a guess based on experience. On the album this song is tuned to DADADE, usually when they play live he tunes that down 2 semitones to CGCGCD (like sister awake, which uses the same tuning) but He may have kept it in D instead of C for this performance, I didn't pull out my guitar to check. So you're probably right about it being in D, but I'll bet its tuned DADADE.
